CPPR Student, Zixuan Zhen, from the lab of Professor Xiuling Lu was named the Steve Nail Emerging Researcher at the CPPR Scientific Conference held at University of Connecticut in May 2024.  Lindsay Wegiel from Eli Lilly presented Zixuan with the award.

Professor Raman Bahal from University of Connecticut was honored by the Oligonucleotide Therapeutic Society as this year’s Young Investigator.  He received the award at the Annual Meeting last October in Barcelona, Spain.  Read more at UConn Today

Fifty industrial scientists, faculty and students met at University of Connecticut to review progress on projects, propose new projects and hear reports on completed projects.  The Industrial Advisory Board voted to fund to new projects.
